We were looking for a used car and the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Gaynor helped us throughout the whole process, and after we have purchased the vehicle and waiting for delivery, she would give us a call every couple of days to let us know where things were at and answered our questions. The car was delivered at a nice clean state and Gaynor patiently explained to us the key features of the car. Great service and thank you.

My parents went in to have a look at the new model HRV. They were told by your young salesman that the new model is out of stock. So they cant have one for a few months but he can try to find a demo model for them. When we phoned another dealer for them in town, they told us they can deliver one within a couple of weeks. Your sales person should probably know their product better.

They did a fantastic job of replacing my air bag inflator when it was issued a recall notice. The letter said it would take them around 75 minutes to complete, but they had it all done and my car ready in less than 40 minutes. The staff were friend and helpful and send a notified txt when the car is ready so that you don't have to wait around. Professional service and would happily use them again

this is the 2nd timd i have visited . 1st time 2 years ago to bought a brand new car, actually the car has its problem and still cannot solve now. The service was good. Unfortunately, I found its total difference, two very pushy people to serve us and we need more time to consider to trade in. Finally, I felt them are very unhappy and not say anything to us although we smile and thank you for their time when we're leaving. Very disappointing service.
