I called Honda Care Centre earlier today (17 Feb. 2021 @11:24am) inquiring about Honda parts and was transferred to the Honda Parts Distribution Centre. Then this very rude guy answered the phone, even raising his voice at me! In the end, I haven't even finished talking, I was still about to ask another question and he just ended the call! He was so rude! The call ended around 11:28am. I really want to know who this guy is that spoke to me as he did not give his name. He was literally the rudest person that I've spoken to on the phone! And him being at the customer services team at Honda makes it even worse! Is this how you train your team Honda??? Disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sales reps Team was excellent. Was on the phone with them only a minute and knew what i needed. Got the right part, no muck around and picked up on the same day. Feels good to talk to a sales rep who actually knows the products and can get what you need ASAP. Big ups to the team at Honda NZ Highbrook. Very professional, polite, and efficient. 10/10 Thanks guys
