We had our scan at 9 weeks 4 days and the pictures were very clear. Staff was efficient and friendly. First scan ever! This was beautiful :-) Looks can be deceiving, did not look the greatest externally but inside it's hygienic and tidy. Thank You

The radiology do not allow you to take any photos or videos of your scan and you have to pay extra for photos. The staff is mostly news.

Was meant to write a review a while ago but had forgotten. We had our 12 week scan here and the staff were great. The place I was meant to go to had cancelled and I was a little upset as I had been waiting for this day for weeks! Horizon had a great Online person to help book me in for that day. The Sonographer, I think she was a student? She was amazing. Told me everything I needed to know and just made me feel so comfortable. Would definitely recommend! Photos and Videos on USB were amazing.

This place was very easy to find and they have free parking, the receptionist was good, very friendly. I arrived on time and was seen straight away. I did get a trainee who was amazing. Didn't quite get her name but started with J. She explained everything very well, makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. I was very pleased with her. In the end she did get her supervisor who was great too. All in all my experience today at this place was very good.

They do not provide you with CD or USB stick of pregnancy ultrasound, my wife's previous pregnancy scans were done at Auckland Radiology and Mercy Radiology and they both gave us CD and USB stick for the 22 week scan included in 60 fees whereas Horizon charges additional 25. Only reason I chose them was because all other Radiology centres were fully booked. This was my first and last time here and I'll make sure to spread the word to my friends and family.

Happy overall with the experience there, from the receptionist to the young lady conducting my scan, In all my experiences through the years in places like this, I gotta say that this was by far my best experience. She was so respectful in the way she conducted herself and the procedure! Apologies for not remembering her name, (11:30 today)

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.. DO NOT RECOMMEND.... Its a Joke for a Business... Beware cuz they charge full price but they are all training.... Every time scaned by a Student Radiologist for Dating scan twice and both times she couldnt find the pregnancy so had to do internal tests. Both the times when the student called for Senior Radiologist “to confirm”, she didnt knock the door or closed the curtain, just barged in with door WIDE open when I was in not so decent position, and tell u the senior was so RUDE, didnt speak to me directly. And when asked for copy of the report, Said it will be posted about a week ago. I am STILL waiting...SLOPPY, INEXPERIENCED, RUDE and Waste of money n time.

We arrived in time with no waiting. The staff were awesome and kind I had a trainee at first but she seemed pretty confident but had gone to get her supervisor to come in and double check her work. Her supervisor was very professional and i found great comfort in her. I have been in here numerous times with no problems at all for pregnancy scans HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM
