The guy doing our ultrasound scan was really emotionless. He was like a robot.

The worst! I went for a pregnancy ultrasound. The staff were rude. The scan took a minute, the wait time was longer! The sonographer was rushed and rude. I honestly wouldn't recommend this facility. It's just a cold place. Not a place where you want to go and see your baby growing and it's heart beat. Do some research and find a nicer facility.

Disappointed with call I made to book scan ..customer service lady lea disconnected my call.. I tried calling again and never got hold of anyone .. that how disgusting customer service they have .. never gonna book scans there ... not recommended guys ..not professional at all

my wife had her pregnancy scan here and the radiographer's service was the worse we've ever had in NZ. firstly he looked like he just woke up and decided not to dress up professionally for work. He then proceeded to scanning my wife's tummy without proper instructions or explanations. the scan was done in a breeze and we did not feel like he was looking after a human patient at all. the front desk service was good though. sorry, but your service is way too far from what we get from Sylvia park. will not recommend at all. your staff just ruined a precious moment for parents like us. hope your management spend some dollars on training your staff on customer service and professionalism.

Waited on the phone for 15 minutes but no-one answered. Not a great way to run a service. Then left a message but never received a response. Terrible service. Not great when you are already anxious about health issues

Had a scan done here for pregnancy. Long wait times to even get an appointment. Then because it is such a long wait it went beyond the original planned anatomy scan time frame. I asked to change to the next pregnancy scan for the same booked appointment. I was told no that I couldn't as the different semester scans were done by different radiographers. They said I could turn up to the appointment that I waited over 5 weeks for which was now beyond anatomy scan due date and they couldn't promise anything or make another appointment the next available being a further 5 weeks! I go into labour early so would of probably had the baby by then. Luckily I complained and was referred to my community midwife who reffered me to another radiology. *Becareful they are not able to change pregnancy scan types for your booked appointment due to their scheduling.
