Odyssey L

My wife was 4 minutes late due to unexpected road incidents on the way. She is 33 months pregnant going in for her later scans and gets turned away saying they've given away her slot. No warning, no disclaimer in txts or emails about this. Just 4 minutes guys. Absolute rubbish of customer service standards and gives the Horizon brand a whole lot reputational loss. My wife is now left distraught as she has arranged work from home and reshuffled the kids daycare pick up times. Just 4 minutes guys. Good one team.

The Horizon radiology is part of Tatara health clinic Centre. Located in a building just opposite to New Lynn Library and New Lynn train station. The staff is nice and friendly. Enough waiting room area. Liked the staff is very good and friendly

Excellent service at this clinic, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The lady that did my scan was so lovely, I will highly recommend this clinic.

They are so greedy. They charge patients who are entitled to free medical care for the X-rays 10 or 50. Do not go to New Lunn. Other offices do not charge that money.

My daughter went there today for her first baby scan and from the time she walked in until the time she left her experience was not good the way staff spoke to her was very abrupt and very disheartening, her first experience was not nice horizon not good.
