Wish I could give zero stars. The worst experience I've ever had. Front desk were nice to deal with but as soon as I went in to scan my right hamstring I had the rudest encounter with the sonographer. Straight off the bat he was passive aggressive. Talking to me in a rude tone treating me like a liar or some sort of fraud. He asked me about my injury and was trying to make it out like it was an old existing one. I told him he's scanning the wrong spot but he ignored me and gave me a towel to wripe my leg. Unprofessional is an understatement. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. No one should be treated like I did and I honestly feel like I'm not the first. Go elsewhere. I don't want anything else but to make sure no one gets treated like this again.

Went for an ultrasound, reception was good. Could have better interaction with others. Facility was nice and clean.

I was the 4th person in line at East tamaki health care Dawson Road and I was seen after an hour (with 3 doctors on duty) I was waiting outside since 7:40 and they saw me at 9am. Then they sent me to bairds road clinic for an x-ray when I arrived at the horizon radiology they said that the person will come at 10 when clearly online it says they open at 8:30

Well! As per law, a Radiographer cannot make a diagnosis.. Legally a Radiographer can only perform scans, take images etc etc .... Without giving his opinion.. As per the medical literature, a Radiographer should only conduct scans and wait for a radiologist to look at them. but at Horizon radiology.. a Radiographer can.. make a diagnosis.. Infact, a Radiographer named "MR. BING ZENG" and yes... he forgets that he is MR. And not "DR." Will give you weird and strange diagnosis... about something you never actually have.. And the consultant radiologist... DR. BRUCE ALLEN" will sign the report without even looking at the images.. And you will be treated for something... you never actually had. Your actual problem will never be diagnosed.. It could be something very serious but it doesn't matter. You might end up losing your life following clinic misdiagnosis but... It is a SHAME that these people are making fun of innocent patients...
