Immigration New Zealand approved radiology. No appointment are needed just walk in. But the X-ray for INZ closes by 4 pm. So don't come after 4 pm. The clinic space is neat, clean and beautiful.

The clinic is very clean and the staffs are helpful. Been here for both x-ray and Ultrasound. The instruction from the x-ray lady was very clear and the waiting time was short. And my ultrasound appointment was on time, the lady who did my scan is very patient. Efficient and professional service. Highly recommend.

The reception staff is a chinese girl. She is helpful and very professional. Since this branch is fullly booked for the next week, she helped me find another radiology clinic near my place. Many thanks to her.

When I called the 0800 number on 20 June I was told I could go to the Queen St branch for an X-ray without an appointment, as long as I was there before 4:30pm. However when I got there on the same day at 12:30pm, there was a sign that they were closed from 19/6 to 22/6. Horizon - you guys need to improve your services and know when your branches are actually open!!!!

I rang here 2day and they said they are available， but when I arrived I been told that it is closed for over 6 months. Thanks to horizon radiology:)

I had 2 miscarriages, so went there for 2 early pregnancy scans at week 6 and week 8, the ultra sound technician was very abrupt and rude, took under 2 minutes to finish the scan, only say things like "there is a fetus, looks fine, there is heartbeat" even told me the fetus hasn't grown limbs after 8 weeks, so we can't see anything, no vaginal ultrasound to test the count of the heartbeat or nothing, never showed us how the fetus was positioned, no explanation whatsoever, brushed us off under 2 minutes, very disappointing, she made it as if there was a factory streamline processing, will not go there ever again.

Make no attempt to fix their muck up with appointment times. If possible go elsewhere first
