Hot Body is 100% my first choice for swimwear!! They have such a large and diverse selection of swimwear for all shapes and sizes, and when you speak with the staff they have such great knowledge on all the brands and styles they have in store, so you don't have to waste your time searching and trying on a million styles as they can find it for you! I would highly recommend Hot Body to anyone looking for the coolest and best fitting swimwear in NZ :)

My experience was A I was looking online for options for a One Piece or Bikinis stores in Auckland... and that’s how I found Hot Body I am not a skinny person or plus size, I am in the middle, and sometimes it is difficult to find the right place to shop My recommendation for any girl out there is to visit their website to know what options they have, so when you are in there you have a good idea of what designs or models they have for you. I knew the options for my size, and they had a few extra options that were not shown in the web Someone was there to help, She gave me real feedback on how I look, and I am happy with my 2020 summer swimwear A final note, I knew the prices before visiting their store in NewMarket, and I was ready to spend between 200 to 250 for one bikini or one piece, but I left with 2 different options for a total of 269 :)
I needed a pair of bikini bottoms that were out of stock Australia wide and the lovely Tea was so helpful and organised payment over the phone so they could be sent here all the way from NZ! Super thankful for the great service.
I was really impressed with the service. Yes, there is no return policy, but this is understandable for togs. The service was great, the girls were helpful and honest. Thanks!

I'm very disappointed with the after sales service of this store. They obviously don't see value in long term customer care. My daughter purchased two bikini tops on Friday night. One was 180 and the other was for a similar value. Sadly one of the tops looked silly with the bottoms she was planing to wear it with so I tried to return or swap the top first thing the next morning (15 hours after purchase) only to discover that they had a no return policy. Apparently this was posted on the wall in the changing room and written on the till receipt. Unfortunately my daughter didn't notice the signage and these conditions were not reiterated at the point of sale. I would have completely understood if she was trying to return a bikini bottom but the top was in immaculate condition, with swing tags still attached and I didn't expect a refund (a credit note or swap would have been fine). Obviously once this business has your money they aren't interested in after sales service for loyal customers. Be very careful before you spend with this business.
