I am a Refrigeration service engineer and have been dealing with hot water heatpumps for 10 years. They are the best units on the market. Brilliant back up and support direct from the manufacturer. The units are also built to the highest quality and are a pleasure to deal with.

We've had an Econergy hot water heat pump unit that has run well for the last 8 years and it's paid for itself in the power savings we've had. I've had a very good experience with both the local rep and Hot Water Heat Pumps standing behind the product. I'd thoroughly recommend these guys as knowing the business and delivering a great piece of technology that has been impressive in its performance. And it's an NZ product - what more could you ask for.
The quality of service and communication was excellent!
Spent 8,000 on one of their hot water heat pumps, less than 5 years later the whole heat exchanger cracks - faulty part they just stuck some glue on and charged us for it - thought they would look after us - should have got a Mitsibishi - cheaper and would have lasted longer - stay away
