I wandered in not intending on buying a rug but it was love at first sight with a stunningly gorgeous silk hand knotted rug which was like nothing I've ever seen before. Marie was super helpful, told me all about it and kept in touch. I'm so pleased she gave me all the nudges I needed to invest and am thrilled with my purchase. A lovely friendly place to shop or browse, with no pressure but lots of information, help and encouragement - and absolutely beautiful heirloom rugs.

We were extremely grateful to Zara at House of Haghi for her patience with us when we were deciding which carpet to purchase. She was 100% attentive in listening to our ideas and offered her professional Knowledge, suggestions and advice freely and without any pressure. We were quite indecisive, so she suggested that we take a couple of carpets home on apro to help us decide. This we did and it helped us immensely to see the colours and design in our home setting. We are now the happy owners of a beautiful carpet from the House of Haghi! As well we were happy with the price of this beautiful carpet.

We were looking for a rug for our apartment and Zara could not have been more helpful. She understood what we were after and offered several alternatives. We eventually chose one which was at another store. Zara and her son delivered it to our apartment and it was no problem for us to keep the rug overnight while we made up our minds. Naturally we loved it and sealed the deal with a minimum of fuss. Would definitely turn to House of Haghi next time we are after a rug! 5 Star!
