Abysmal customer service. Having been ensured that my membership would be at the proshop, I arrived to find that this was not the case. Not only did this waste my time and money. I was also critised for calling multiple times till I got an answer. I assume telephones are not intended for getting immediate assistance at this particular place

These facilities are the best in Auckland with well maintained glass back courts and moveable walls to play doubles. The social side is great with loads of organised events. Great club.
