The manager is nice. The staff are very junior and neglectful. They get frustrated if you ask them what a movie is about. As I presume most of them are new millennial students, they just recite movie descriptions and can't really tell you if any of them are good or not. The staff should invest their money as I'm adamant they may get discounts to sessions and watch a few movies. Be wary, they will try get you to join a rewards system yet it's only mostly beneficial for the elderly.

This is really nice place for you to enjoy the movies. Nice leather seats, big screen and unbelievable sound quality. The staffs are really helpful and nicely customers treating as well. This is my favorite theater among all.
Watched a movie at 11am, bought 2 large drinks and only managed to get 1 out of the machine as all had run out of syrup! So just wasted my money on the 2nd drink. Not good for 11am
Great cinema. Located in mall which gives you all you need. Usually a clean environment but can get messy on big movie nights.
One of the best Hoyts, especially now that they've made the change over to all recliner seats...but it's still hoyts, with phone users, loud snackers, and occasional projection issues. The seats don't recline as much as you might like, either - so you've still got a reason to book the astonishingly expensive LUX class if you want to get away from the kiddies and have the full comfort experience. Again, has the usual Hoyts thing of having 20-30 minutes of ads before the movie. Don't feel you have to get there on time. ;-)
First time in ages going to watch Wonder Woman 84 and enjoyed it for over 3h. It was incredible and well worth it. Ty Hoyts Cinemas.

I took my daughter to watch a movie this morning, when we got there their systems were down so almost missed the movie. I understand that technology can sometimes let us down, but after receiving my cup to pour my drink into and found a fly inside, and got given a tub of stale popcorn which I actually could not eat, I was the least bit impressed. It was a 10:00 am movie, you would think the popcorn would at least be fresh at that time in the morning but it was horrendous! Won’t be back there again!
