TL;DR: okay sub-par cinema quality but good atmosphere with horrible prices. it was a below average- nothing outstanding. The projector flickered occasionally and had noticeable vignetting (possibly from the sub-par lens) and customer service was a mixed bag. The till operator was really friendly but the cleaner was really rude and unfriendly. The cinemas are really comfy and had a good atmosphere. Prices were RIDICULOUS! 21 dollars for a single ticket which was disappointing.

Watched Mama Mia Sequel..Seats are so comfortable .With one press of the button, your feet are raised to a perfect position to appreciate your favourite movie.Warm ambience.
By far the nicest and most comfortable cinema we have been too and now dont go anywhere else...you wouldn't know this by the outside .
My issue is not with the cinemas which are fab, my issues are with the extremely high prices they charge. Yesterday my husband and I took our 2 grandchildren 110, to get tickets and buy food. I was told that a small drink was 7.50, that is lidicrious. Why don't these companies get it right, bring your prices down and make it affordable for families to come back to the movies. More bums on seats the more money you make, but no you put your prices sky high that people can't afford it, so most of the time the seats are empty!!
This was the first time I went for watching movie in New Zealand. My experience was really great. This cinema having all of the recliner chairs which is very hard to find. Easy ticketing booths, so many snacks counters. Wide and great waiting area. Even they have a big trailer screen as well.
Can be more pricey than other cinemas around, but the seats are extremely comfortable. Able to recline back in the lazy boys. Didn't have too many people coming here, which was nice. There was aircon and good combos for the snacks and drinks.
Great staff, prices and daytime flicks - not too many people. Lazyboy type seats, just right!
Paid for an extreme coke, they didn't have lids, so we compromised and asked for 2 standard drinks instead. (The extreme holds nearly 2 litres of liquid) The boss lady said no, there not even similar she was extremely rude in her attitude and approach as to which the neighbouring staff looked akward, we ended up taking the extreme in lnto the cinema with no lid. Also they filled it 2/3rd the way to "help us" despite the fact we were waiting for 7 mins for them to locate the cup lids altercation end result 3 mins late to movie Step up your game,
