I've been getting snapper here for the last 2 years. The fish is always lovely and fresh but in my last 2 visits, the fish filleting has been disappointing. The photos are the fillets from a 38 snapper I bought yesterday that was meant to be skinned and boned but lots of skin and bones left on the fillet and lots of fish missing. I think the fillet guy needs more training and a sharper knife.

If you really want to spoil your mood and fish. Then come here. The fish cutting is the worst i have seen in years. Never ever i will walk to this store.
Good price and good quality.
A little touch and go with the freshness of the fish displayed. If you ask nicely, they may bring out the fresh stock from out back. Prices are good and surprisingly no fishy smell.. not a bad thing u suppose.
