BBQ pork is chewy, taste is almost nonexistent. I suggest you review the ingredient again and make some adjustment. I would start with how long it takes for you to cook it. The longer the better with slightly lower heat. Marinating the meat for longer is also recommended. The roast pork is good on the other hand. Portions are a bit meh. Mountains of rice and only a handful of meat. I would consider returning to try the other dishes.

Yum food and nice service
Portions of the BBQ meat was huge. Ordered the roasted duck and roasted pork. The roasted pork is quite salty to my taste, the duck is OK but for the price you pay, no complains. Would I return to this place? Yeah probably.
Terrible customer service. The waitress yell at the customers and she is very rude. We walked off without eat.
Four combination meat with rice, I ordered bbq pork, bbq pork ribs, soy sauce chicken (with delicious ginger spring onion)and roast duck, highly recommend if you are a bbq meat lover, definitely I will come back to visit.
Oh my goodness. The barbecue meats are so succulent and delicious that I'm gonna move in. But seriously, really tasty food with great fluffy rice and just right rice noodles. Definitely good value for money also.
My family and I have dined there regularly, and usually average a spend of 160, asked to be seated at a bigger table but was refused as there was 5 of us. Tried to explain that we need a bigger table as we order quite a lot of dishes. Still refused and were very rude about it. Fun lin down the road provided the dining experience that we wanted and happily accepted our 172 spend. We will not recommend Hut BBQ to anyone and will never dine there again!! Zero rating if we could.
One of my favorite places to eat. Mind you I know a place that sells exactly the same for cheaper and MUCH more meat. Hut BBQ has delicious food.
