One of the worst shopping experience. will never buy again. They even ridicule brands like Nike saying that, the shoes have been worn out after wearing for 15 min and cannot be exchanged. Wonder when did Nike started making inferior quality shoes

Very impressed by the interior design and retail setting. The sales staff are really great people and pleasant to deal with. The range of sport shoes for male employee meal a very impressive. Highly recommended to all young and old people! Keep up the good work, guys!

Amazing service and knowledge from Kim. She knew exactly what my partner was after, and explained how a sneaker should fit. Her friendly professionalism was enough for us to buy some additional accessories, and she also acknowledged and welcomed new customers coming into the shop. Will definitely recommend Hype and will happily shop here again.

Had the most amazing service from a gal called Ilma super chill and extremely helpful with afterpay, let me hotspot her phone to help with payment because I had no data, even though ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes out right. Bloody epic sales person A Staff are always great, don’t even shop anywhere else anymore :)
