Great service once again from the team @ Hyper Drive. A big thanks to the guy that came out to do the job today, (South Auckland 10/02). Two tires balanced and fitted within 20 minutes. Highly recommend to ALL.

Rating was due to my own experience with Hyperdrive, i called wanting 2 of my vehicles installed with AVS car alarm...one for the S5 series and the other A5, came in last week for the smaller car to install the A5 but later found out it was the wrong alarm installed....rung them the following day and they did however offer to take it out and install the correct one in, i could not be bothered to go through all that hassle with uninstalling and putting the correct one in. I did show a pic of the A5 alarm to the salesperson when i went instore and he confirmed it was the right one...but obviously they installed the wrong one. (Not the installation guys fault) i blame the sales person. 2nd, i was given one remote for the alarm, they had assumed i wanted the factory alarm programmed and decided not to give me both alarm keypads....it was all a mess and i just wanted what i paid for....i still had my other vehicle to install the avs S5 but after this experience i didnt bother to go back. My first experience with Hyperdrive has been a let down....
I spoke to the team at Hyper requesting a quote for an audio upgrade (speaker and amp) for my 2016 Toyota Hilux. A competitive quote for a Pioneer system came back quickly, and the salesman (Allex) was very helpful and able to answer all my questions. Once I decided to follow through, the booking process was quick and simple. On the day, the job took around four hours to complete and I was provided a loan car. To top it all off, the cost came in less than the quote. Overall, a great experience.
I only trust 2 teams with my cars - AA (for general service) and Hyperdrive(for everything else). Yes, both are not dirt cheap but, hey - you get what you pay for! Hyper Drive \u003e Highly professional team. They stick to their words. Best thing I like about Hyper Drive team is that every time they trump my expectations. Once, they had to spend more hours than they quoted me for. However, they stuck to their word and only charged what they quoted against. This time, they could not arrange a loan car so, they promptly reimbursed me for rides to and fro. No questions asked. The quality of their job is top notch. You will not find any pieces of wires or wrappers anywhere. Trust me, I try to find a fault every-time I get back my car and every-time there is nothing but satisfaction awaiting me. :) So, if you don't mind spending some extra bucks to get a quality job done, highly recommend these guys!!
Made the most of the tyre sale and opted to get them fitted at my workplace. Definitely a service I will be using again in the future. Awesome service and great prices too. Thanks
Pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and quality of service. Ordered tyres, which were reasonably if not, most inexpensively priced, on Thursday and had them already delivered to my repairer of choice by Saturday. Was a little skeptical on whether it would've been ready by then but was proven wrong. Everything went smooth. Would definitely buy again.
Not experts. Be cautious about getting Hyper Drive to install your new car head unit, they are not experts. Having experienced issues with their install and my battery going flat repeatedly, I revisited Hyper Drive three times to get the issue sorted. In the end I had to get an auto electrician to do the job properly at a cost of another 350. This was having paid Hyper Drive to do the install, and having them try to fix it. I would have been better to get the auto electrician to do the job in the first place.
Very responsive, and decent prices. They made an error on the order leading to the tyres I ordered not being available on the day of fitting, I ended up settled for a pair of slightly cheaper tyres. But I couldn’t back out of it as I was put on the spot and I needed to get the tyres sorted... They fitted four tyres in just under an hour. The car drives well so they seemed to have been well fitted and aligned.
