I wished I read the reviews before insure with IAG. I actually read their document line by line, and it all seemed very good. Issue is, THEY RESPOND VERY SLOW!!! My car accident happened last year November, it's been over 3 months. Last time I called they said despite they found the third party (the car owner), they can't decided who was the driver at the time, so they're still processing. What kind of excuses is that?

Worst experience with them. A simple car took them 4 months to process, in the first two months I have active contact them, they said that I need to wait without reason, wait for their claim center. In the third month, I have to fixed my car with my own money first. Then, I contact them one more time, this time they accepted the claim and agree to pay (why they cannt inform me by email/call/text), they also asked me to send the invoice. I sent right away after the call. Now, nearly one month later, they ask me to call them and send them the invoice (what? &(&(;:&(@)&) . I call them and tell that I have sent it already, after checking, finally they can see it .... I’d like to rate 0 star if I can

Literally the WORST insurance company ever, and they are so cleverly hidden under many other companies names. If you're looking for an insurance company, look who their under writer is, if its IAG, DO NOT SIGN UP.

RE: State Insurance; You own them after-all Update your systems, especially your phone contacts, adapt a current system that offers a callback function. Your industry requires extended phone calls, this should be something that was implemented a very long time ago. Most complaints online are about the inability to get a hold of the company via phone

I give this company an A.. for Appalling. Took the side of the party who damaged our property and held us liable for the excess and removed our no claim bonus. Despite one of their customer service people assuring us that this would not happen then being contradicted by another. Used a contractor for the repairs who underquoted so we had to pay almost 2000 more to get it done properly. We have never made a claim against any home and contents policy in over 25 years yet got treated like dirt. Not over yet.
