Did a substandard install job, it was really difficult to get anyone to come and look at the poor carpet install job, they would make appointments and not show up, not answer the phone or emails. When I did get hold of them always promised a call back but never got one. It took months to get someone to come and visit, when they did they agreed that it needed extra work, they promised to be in touch but still have not. They have continued to ignore emails and phone calls. After service is the worst I have ever experienced.
