I would not recommend, overly expensive kitchen to rent for start up. The kitchen is really small and seperate with 3 section ... It's gets really crowded and uncomfortable to do any production. The ovens are fairly new though. The owners a really money oriented and this makes it really harde to deal with when you are startion up in the food business. For this above reason I have decided to rent an other kitchen.4 month and I am still waiting for my bond back. DO NOT RENT THIS even if you are desperate. I have warned you
