I have been in NZ for 12 years but became illegal and was told by Immigration to submit a section 61 application or I would be deported. I was extremely stressed about this but after a face to face meeting with Simon from Immigration Trust I felt a huge relief after he gave me confidence that I had a chance of a successful application. My partner of ten years came to be in a position of being illegally in NZ and we were in a situation of having to address this or my partner would be deported. Immigration Trust has been a godsend for me and for my partner, because of Simon Park. Simon delivered us from uncertainty (we were worried we’d be deported) to safety (we are now residents of New Zealand), and there is no chance whatsoever that we’d have “won” without his help. My experience with Simon entailed 4 Partner-Based Visa Applications over the course of 2 years—all of which were successful, because of Simon’s ability to think creatively and strategically from a case officer’s perspective. There were moments where Simon had to seriously improvise (such as when I had a health scare that forced our strategy to shift); and when it comes to something as all-important as ensuring that you can work-and-live in the country where you want to work-and-live, it would be ridiculous and dangerous to “roll the dice” without a specialist of Simon’s experience and skill. So if you need an immigration advisor who is savvy enough to “play the game” and kind enough to look after the interests of yourself & your family, I could not recommend Simon Park more highly.
My partner got her work visa declined after receiving a bad advice from our previous immigration adviser. After that, they didn't even show interest to apply for reconsideration for they know that our case is impossible to win after the advise they have given. My partner did her research to look for a lawyer who will represent our case better , however, she became unlawful unintentionally and we needed to apply for section 61. Of course, we were so nervous because this can affect our family especially my partner has just given birth to our son. After 2 weeks and few days our Section 61 case has been approved and now we are such in relief and is so excited about the future. Simon was very professional and helpful when helping my partner get residency via a partnership visa. She is from Thailand and I am from England and we’ve been together for nearly 3 years now. We contacted Simon regarding one of our employees visa. Our employees visa was declined and we were not sure what need to be done.
