I don’t know much about the company but the two managers I have had over the past few years have been excellent. The present on who goes by the name Q is an asset to the company and deserves a raise.

It looks like they've hired an off-shore company to write positive reviews. Look how poorly written they are! Regardless, they're a terrible agency and didn't do an initial inspection when we moved in, so they could try and deduct prior damage from our bond (at the end of our lease). Thankfully, we sent them many pictures when we first moved in, but they still tried to charge us. At this stage, we're are looking at legal action, as we have copies of the bond form being signed without the final figure.

Renting for 2 and half years from Impression and has no issues at all. My rent still the same, tenancy manager always responsive, they fix my blinders and lights in lounge room. Office people down to earth. The guy who do inspection polite and professional. Strongly recommended it.

Not so great in communication. Have just missed a viewing due to no reply from him. Didn't pickup phone as well when I tried to call. Seems too busy people. I had traveled from far west and now have to go back.

Disrespectful agent, lied to us and made us come back 5pm for the same apartment building when we were already there with appointment at 10am. He told us that there was no more unfurnished apartment at Volt 10am and showed us 2 furnished units, but then we sent him a text after viewing to be sure that the unfurnished unit was not available at 10am same day. He told us come back at 5pm and he will show the unfurnished. Misleading. Obviously trying to sell what he wants to sell. Im very disappointed.

Great experience here! At very short notice I was able to move into a new apartment over night. Meet in particular was very helpful, kind and thoughtful. Overall I thought he was outstanding to deal with and would highly recommend him to any future clients!

Impression has a high level of professionalism and has met all of our demands. In particular, Miss Marcia Weaver, who provided us an excellent service, being very kind and spent attention to all our needs. She explained with all details the process to apply for our rent and She has never left our questions unanswered.
