They don't seem to know the difference between light duty and heavy duty strapping buckles. I order and pay for heavy duty so they send me light duty. The description on the invoice was for light duty even though I had ordered heavy duty on their website, so obviously there website order processing system has issues as well. Delivery was slow. The third day after ordering I call them to see where my order was and they tell me the warehouse boys missed it and it hasn't been sent yet. Don't think I'll waste my time dealing with this crowd again.
