Trying to get help over phone for the last few days, to speak to a real person instead of automated voice. The voice tells me that It is going to put me through to someone that can help me, then says they have a high volume of calls then call ends, rang like 8 times for three days. Still no real person to speak to, ahhh so frustrating.

Very poor service, each time I need to pass irrelevant artificial mind questions with specific answers. Useless and time wasting sollution. You can better than this !!
they took lot of time to take phone call
Horrendous waiting period with no other way of getting help on line or over the phone except to drive over to their site. Been calling for past 2weeks to let them know il be back to working after I use up my KIT hrs because I don't want to be owing any money! Almost everyday at different times I'd try and get the same response.. Cant take my call right now.. or use self service. Well I tried that, tried the website and boy is it frustrating. Please do something about your services because I don't want to be getting into any sort of hassle when ive been trying!!!!argh!
