I never tried the EFT before, but I heard from different people about the benefits of tapping, so I decided to try it with the reiki sessions. It was a good surprise to see the improvements after each session with simple and powerful exercises. Sarah was fantastic in guiding me in the sessions and she helped release limiting beliefs and the stress that I had.
