We need "all hands on deck"​ to address today's issues. OUR HOW - Through InSpark! Life (ILife) we launch a movement to empower women by practicing radical resilience. Via the ILab, we provide evidenced-based programs, retreats and masterminds. We provide FREE and communities, InSpark! Tribe on facebook and have paid membership communities. OUR NICHE -our niche is working with mid-career (40+) who've had an adverse health or life event that is so significant going back to the "old reality", "old you" isn't an option. We help them make sense, create, envision and practice resiliency in their new reality. GET INVOLVED --We provide opportunities to get involved to support the ILife movement and mission through our ILife Founders group (like our Board of Directors), and ILife Ambassadors Program. CONSULTING SERVICES -- workplace wellness, positive cultures, positive leadership, talent management, leadership and team development, positive change management, employee engagement. COACHING SERVICES ---I work with women, Executives, leaders at all levels, and high potentials on ways to THRIVE and enhance their wellness. Use of psychometric assessments (e.g. MBTI, HBDI, FIRO-B, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, 360 assessments, and others). LEARNING PROGRAMS, RETREATS AND MASTERMINDS PUBLIC SPEAKING ---conferences, special events, media interviews.
