This companies van was driving recklessly and beeping while behind us 'LJD24' had a cord hanging out the back of it aswell possibly damaging equipment. Gave me major anxiety
Horrible service. Woke up to find a commode for someone else Delivered to my address by error. It was sitting in the middle of the driveway, in the rain with no covering. Found an invoice for the commode lying on the wet concrete. Had to call them multiple times and hassle them to pick it up. No one ever answered the phone so I left numerous messages. No one ever returned my calls. I Felt sorry for the poor person who was in need of the commode sitting on my driveway in the rain.
I have my mum on stage 4 cancer. Andrew a delivery technician and qualified pharmacist went above and beyond his role to see and understand our plight. We had a failing air pump on the bed. He worked beyond his hours and travelled back and forth to their warehouse to provide his service. Andrew carried alot of Mana and Integrity about himself and his position. I truly hope that his inline Management see this and reward Andrew for his efforts. At a time like we are having this could not have been the lift we needed. I wish every customer facing role had the same energy and understanding that Andrew had. Thank you Andrew.

My review is specifically about a rather marvellous technician who after 2 others had tried managed to fix a major issue (after 3hrs of dedicated testing) with my wheelchair. She was diligent, attentive and thorough with a great attitude and really knew her stuff. She is without doubt one of Invacare's greatest assets. Thanks M
No stars in my opinion. Terrible service. Invacare tried multiple times to collect a shower chair from my house. Was advised someone would call to let me know what day it will be collected, the only call I received was when a driver turned up, (of course the chair was not outside since I received no ph call to organize a pick up day). The driver said I need to call the office and reorganize a time, even though i told him he can collect tomorrow. So I decided to leave chair outside for a few days--to no avail. Never received a call ever to say when it will be collected. I would only receive a call to say a driver was there, where was the chair? To which I responded, I was not told when it would be collected so I left it inside the house for safety, until I receive a phone call to arrange a pick up day. Today a driver went to the wrong house to collect chair -- not the house it was even delivered to. I advised him I will now leave chair on my doorstep permanently, if it gets stolen, so be it!! This has been going on for 10 days now!
