Apparently they've been robbed quite a few times and they still haven't taken any precautions In terms of securing the store. I wouldn't trust them with my idevices in fear of my data and devices stolen. If they don't care about their store then definitely they don't care about your devices being stored there for repair and being stolen in the process of a smash and grab by thieves... I also recommend everyone to question any repair companies liabilities before you hand in your devices for any repairs.

Dropped off my iPhone 7 to get a new battery, was told that it would take 5 working days. Long time without phone but no real choice so acceptable. After a week no sign as email to let me know it was ready went to junk mail. No txt or call to follow up. Ok still acceptable but not great service. Got phone back 10 days later with new battery minus glass screen protection. Apparently it’s in the fine print but it would be nice to be told ‘sorry, we had to remove this to repair, would you like to purchase a new one? ...’ but instead I discovered this half way back home. So now I have to go back and get a new screen protector. Plus the attitude on the phone...‘it’s in the fine print!’ Apple I love your products but for the price I expect service not attitude and lack of customer care.

I had all my old data moved over to my new phone as I am not very good with technical things and I paid 49.00 to do so, which I was happy with to same myself any headaches. The first person who served me was very helpful, but when I went in the second and third time the person who served me then came across very inpatient as I was trying to understand my setup for the email account. Would not go back in a hurry. :(

Got quoted 169 and 499 by your staff for a repair that another authorised dealer in Auckland got done for less than 50 Update: the prices were for Apple Care for my Macbook repair.
