Fantastic experience with Frank installed two TV brackets for our house. We have one wall that is quite challenging to find studs because moisture in the wall means the stud finder had difficulty to find studs and electrical cables. Frank persevered with good judgement and expertise. Now we can enjoy our large TV hanging beautifully on the wall. We appreciate his honesty, good advice and hard work he put in for us. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional honest TV bracket Installer.

Arranged for a guy to come and install a wall bracket. Communication was all good prior to the event, but on the day of the installation he was late for 20 minutes and did not respond to any of my texts. When I called, he said it was too difficult to find a car park and was returning back to the office. I live next to a shopping mall! There are plenty of car parks within 2 minute walk here! You wasted my time and offered absolutely no apology. This is not a business I would recommend.

The best service and prices in Parnell and close to city. I don’t give reviews or praise unless it well earnt. Go there, be patient with the language barrier and/or perhaps text message, and this guy will reward you with the level of customer service forgotten almost everywhere. I personally guarantee it!
