Awesome service and nothing to much trouble. Had a wee hiccup with day due to illness rescheduled and job done. Friendly and helpful people from booking to job finish. Need carpets cleaned these are your go to TEAM@ JAES

JAE had done the carpet cleaning services soon after water leaked on my carpet. But JAE employees did not fix my doors and they left in my hall from three months, My house owner contacted insurance and the carpenters many times, did not hear back from them as well . Being frustrated I contacted Jae to fix the doors back, But they are still waiting to hear back from insurance and my house still remains as a work site. Also JAE does not have any issue, if these doors fell on children playing in my hall. Absolute nonsense..

We live in Titirangi and had a pipe burst in our home and after speaking with our insurance company, Jaes came straight out that day (Saturday) and removed the carpet and underlay and once the room was fixed they came back in and relayed the carpet and cleaned it. They were friendly, professional and on time, I will 100% use them moving forward and recommend them to everyone and anyone

I’ve used Jae carpet cleaning, before, and they’ve never let me down, so they were my first choice when moving out of my house. They were wonderful. I was able to communicate by email, which was great as my work commitments left little room for making phone calls during standard business hours. I had some slightly specific instructions, and Jae accommodated them easily. As for the carpet cleaning - my property manager has confirmed that the carpets were left in excellent condition. I’m so glad I used Jae, and would absolutely recommend them to others.
