Really hard to find the different departments and had to ask someone where the checkouts were. Too much stuff cluttering the place, you have to go searching for things. Staff seemed more interested in putting more stuff up on display.

Quite disappointed in the customer service I received. The girl who served me didn't greet me and didn't care I was there. Both her and the other girl were just chatting away. Just because you personally dislike or don't care about your job or whatever other reason it may be doesn't mean you should project that onto the customer. Do better.
