Haven't been here in years so it was a walk down memory lane going back. Though we couldn't recognize the staff, the service and experience was still the same. We went there straight after work and although we arrived 30 minutes before the official opening time, the bar was more than happy and kind enough to serve us until the restaurant opened. I loved my cocktail, I think it was called the pink chuwawa and it was delicious . They still do the whole presenting the raw steak to you before they cook it up. I still find the whole experience wonderful! The steaks we ordered were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing, the fries were delicious and both just melted in your mouth. The vegetable sides were not overcooked and still had some crunch which is what we preferred. To note: depending on time, there is plenty of off street parking but some may require a bit of a walk on a busy day. The bathrooms are upstairs and are immaculate and easy to find. Albeit, it is hard walking down the stairs of your tipsy, the stairs are on a surprisingly steep incline so hold on to that railing! The option of tipping your waiters is presented downstairs after your meal, I believe this is optional and so far I haven't heard of anyone being "treated" differently is they choose to tip or not. All in all, a perfect night out

Fantastic service - great attention to detail. Amazing steaks in all ranger if sizes and types. I would recommend choosing the cut and size of steak you like and let the chef / staff recommend the rest. You won't be disappointed.

Brilliant service and an awesome venue. Impossible to ruin a lovely cut off beef. But ordering ur steak blue isn't the way to go. Missed the mark big time. The food itself was wonderful and the staff and service was amazing. Our Gr8 Uncles birthday was lovely 79 years young.

Fold was really nice no doubt about it. However customer service wasn't up to that level as I expected. I spent 200 just between two of us, but customer service was like you went to some sort of busy cafe for breakfast. The guy who was looking after our table, he didn't even come once to our table to refill water or asked if we were doing alright or how was food and all. He just only came once to clear dishes. The most surprising thing was, when we went to pay the bill he just gave me receipt to match our food items, even then he didn't bother to get feedback about food (which is normally asked, doesn't matter where you go). In the end I would say to everyone, don't imagine the customer service as much as the money you are going to spend there.

The meat here is just perfect. Very helpful, professional and friendly staff. If you love steak, you really should try this place out. It has such warm and romantic vibe, gonna be the best night out with your date. The Chef’s selection of 3 cuts is definitely my recommendation !
