Team did a great job when servicing my car recently, I added some extras & when I picked it up the bill was still under what I've paid for a standard service from other places as well as the car smelt fresh & clean. Staff were very friendly & followed up about a previous issue I'd had with the vehicle. Overall just felt like they really cared about what they did & will definitely be only using them from now on.

They changed my 2017 Ford Ranger's left front sway bar link in here four months ago. The photo shows what I found recently. They did not install that sway bar link properly at all. The nut on that link is not tightened, and during driving, the nut came off. I don't know why they didn't check if the nut is tightened. Such a small mistake is likely to cause something big. I don't think they care about the safety of their customers. Remember to check your vehicle after doing service here, and you may find some surprises.

Great team and good contact, my Everest had a weird issue with the windscreen making noise in the body. It took a little while but they had to figure out what the issue was plus I had a new courtesy car the whole time so it was fine. Noise fixed, thanks guys

Not attended by any one in the reception desk and the person at reception came after 15 mins not willing to check vehicle and suggest. He updated that it would cost about 250GST for checkup and about 600 for a regular service for Mazda2 / Demio. I was confused and gone a local known mechanic to take his advise on the 2016 Mazda2 that I got it with low 21k KMs Japanese import.

Had wof done. However not as complete as what vtnz would do. Had to go back to book for another check to pass wof. Vtnz would have fixed the issue without extra charge.
