The Mazda service department here is absolutely useless. They'll all too happily follow a routine service checklist and take your money, but when there's an issue with your car they are absolutely stumped. From their answers, it is clear that they don't understand the basic mechanics of engines. Even when presented with evidence, facts and procedures from Mazda New Zealand, they still didn't understand the issue or have any idea what to do. Oh, and they'll gladly leave a bunch of rubbish in your car after a service. I've since changed dealers to a non John Andrew Mazda dealer and couldn't be happier.

Terrible service. Orderes a basic part for a mazda 6 was given the incorrect part. Was told they would re order correct one and never did. Said they would make contact and never did. Simple work is too difficult for this company. Asking for a refund. Let's hope we get it... Wanting to sell this mazda and go back to great Toyota.
