Excellence at work. My partner bought a very special necklace for me and it was truly beautiful. I was there with him and witnessed that lovely customer service from that kind lady. She has not only helped me to choose the right necklace, but also shown her genuine care. 4 star, only because I was promised that she will email me my bill which I haven’t got it yet (it’s been 2 weeks already) . Apart from that, it’s a place with lovely collection of diamond jewellery.

We bought my husband's wedding ring here and I have purchased a couple of items from them. Recently I asked them to organise a minor repair for me on a necklace. I have found them very good to deal with. Professional and communicative. I would prefer to go back to them rather than go to the larger chain jewellery stores because they offer a nice selection of different pieces.

Took item for very small link to link rejoin. Took 8 days. 50.00. Fell apart the same day I collected it. I said it was quite expensive, had taken some time, and I could easily have lost it. I was told that they 'have the right to set their own timeframes' and were quite brusque, verging on unpleasant. Also told to bring it in and it would be done in 2 or 3 days but I certainly did not feel like a valued customer. Had intended having an eight diamond ring re designed, but have changed my mind.
