Usually not one to write a review but these guys were amazing! Service was exceptional! Spoke to Colin over the phone when booking my appointment and he was SUPER HELPFUL! Went along to my appointment today with Kevin and he too was great. Definitely recommend!!!!!! Will make this my go-to place for all things optometry!

Got my eye check up and my new frames from here back in May 2019, really good experience! They have good collection too. Recently my glasses nose pad broke and they quickly fixed it for me !! Really glad I got my frames from John O'Connor!!

Very disappointed in service! Bought several pairs of prescription glasses there. Recently took my sun glasses in there to have a screw put in. Said they couldn't fix it. Specsavers fixed it in 5 minutes. Should have gone to Specsavers!!!
