Bought an outdoor furniture set from Jory Henley. Received a faulty item with plastic rattan coming out from the table. Returned the item but they REFUSED TO REFUND! Saying this is only minor defect and cannot provide a refund. What a terrible customer service. This is the first time I have experienced this from a furniture store in New Zealand. After negotiating with them, they agreed to provide only 90% refund and charge us 10% for the restocking fee. This is so ridiculous and I would caution anyone to purchase from them.

Horrible. If I could leave negative stars I would. False promises, false information, virtually everything about our experience here was built on lies or misinformation. A month ago ordered a bed suite and got told just the day before delivery that actually it won't be with us for another 2 months minimum. Completely unacceptable service, and no motive from the customer service rep to sort us with an alternative from another store or display model until the container comes in. Long story short DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Can guarantee you'll have better luck at another place. For us personally Furniture Now/PK furniture has been extremely good.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Delivery has been delayed twice on extremely short notice. Purchased a couch last year and still waiting on it to be delivered. Blame always gets passed onto the ‘manufactures’ Take your money elsewhere.

I usally never leave reviews when something upsets me but this place managed to make me leave one. I called them up to ask why the furniture hasn't been delivered yet, to only get a reply that we never got anything from there. Then once we sorted that out, we were told that we will get a call before delivery but no call came. We called up again to ask what was happening and instead, was told that delivery goes until 9pm so we would have to wait, in a very aggressive voice. We waited all day and its currently 8:21pm, yet no sign or anything. Never purchasing from there again.

Very poor service and false promises just to lure customers. Bought 5 beds and was promised assembly but when the sales person resigned, terms and conditions went away with him. Was confronted by a very rude and aggressive sales person instead who screamed at us when we were enquiring about delivery and he hang up the phone on us. The packages were so dirty with black dust that it spoiled the walls of my brand new home. Was planning on getting a sofa and dining set but will go for a place that has more respect for their customers! Not Recommend at all!!!!

Rarely leave reviews, but my experience so far with Jory Henley has been that good! Great choice of furniture and great staff. We will be back in future for all of our shopping needs very pleased with the pricing and quality of our goods too.
