We were going to rent a van from them but due to COVID Auckland is at level 3 we can't go there. They wouldn't give us a full refund only 40% of what we've paid. Bad business

Firstly let me say all the staff at the pickup we’re very friendly, competent and professional. Our only complaint was the camper and it’s equipment or lack there of. First priority no coffee making equipment of any kind. The windshield leaks when raining, the sink is very slow to drain. We were always driving away with the sink sloshing with dirty water and food remnants until our next stop when it finally drained. The fridge would not stay closed unless we blockaded it closed for for the entire rental. Also another note, not their fault, the passenger seat is not really accommodating for anyone over 5ft-10 inches. You’d rather be driving than sitting in the passenger seat. Also under powered on steeper hill sections. My last issue is their pricing policy. After our reservation we decided to lessen our rental by two days. They were glad to accommodate us but the daily rate was adjusted higher resulting in the same price rental for returning it two days earlier resulting in a loss to us of over 520nz. I don’t know if other companies work this way?

Called Jucy to make a reservation for a car rental to be picked up from queenstown airport around 7.30pm because that's when my flight land into queenstown. I was told the latest I can pick up the car is 5.30pm and there is no other option. What a shame and poor service

Everything was just average with these guys. The service, the cars... I rented a vehicle while mine was being repaired under insurance and no courtesy vehicle available. I ended up dropping it back early, but there is a small fine print that says no refunds on early returns. This, usually, wouldn't bother me. But I did have a casual conversation with the lady on reception about it and even mentioned "hopefully I won't need the full week". No mention of no refund. As it turned out, my insurance still covered the whole amout, but still, something that should have been highlighted, especially as we had a conversation about it. Car itself was average. Was reasonably clean, but a few bit of rubbish were left in the door pockets from previous rental and steering wheel had this annoying sticky spot on it. Overall, just average. Wouldn't recommend, but also wouldn't go out of my way to discourage using them.
