Justin did an amazing job of tuning our piano and adjusting the action so it played better. He is so particular and it is now beautifully in tune. It was also delightful to hear him play as he tested his work from time to time. I was lucky to hear a selection of superbly played ragtime and other snippets lofting through the house! Justin did a great job tuning my piano - he was very thorough and took a lot of time. His rate was very reasonable for the amount of time he spent. He also took time to figure out how old my piano is because I wasn't sure but wanted to know. He was very polite, respectful and cleaned up after his work was done. It was also fun to listen to him play, he is a very talented pianist. I would absolutely recommend Justin to my friends and family.

Justin tuned our piano this past summer and did a fantastic job! A previous tuner had worked on it, but left us with less than satisfactory results. Justin's work was excellent, and he even worked to smooth out some of the chipped keys.
