K Amani helped my wife and I create a new wedding ring for me after mine was stolen on holiday in the States. (fortunately we had travel insurance). My wife convinced me to try something a bit different this time because my original ring was just a basic gold band. Since we are both born in March Khay suggested we do something with our birthstone, which is an aqua marine. I didn't want anything too blingy but I liked the way some of the cloudier stones looked like that she had on display (don't remember the technical term she called them lol) Khay designed this ring for me and my wife and I love it.
Curious to visit the store with my son-in-law but closed both times. No answer or reply from K when we tried to ring. after reading the poor experience below we will be sure to avoid. The styles were a little gaudy for my personal taste but my daughter is fan of showy. Inappropriate for the manager of the store to post a 5star review to falsely boost reviews .
Store is never open. Phone is never answered. After reading Tony's story below of his appalling customer service experience, I'm not surprised. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of other worthwhile jewellers in Auckland.

K. Amani handled my custom-designed sapphire engagement ring. Having a more unconventional idea made me wary of choosing the wrong jeweller, but after being walked through the process by Khay and Jason, I knew that they would be very well suited to do my ring. They handled the project well, with great communication, professionalism and creative energy. We were able to iterate and discuss concepts easily, and found a great balance between the inspiration of the concept, and the practicalities of jewellery design. Thanks K. Amani!
