I am so disappointed with the customer service I received this morning from the staff at the Manukau store. I walked in to look for a jacket. Because no one came up to me I walked to the counter and asked the ladies behind the counter to see What the biggest sizes were and was advised they only go up to 2XL and they had no more stock left. I then asked what was the biggest men’s sizes available and I had no response. As one lady was about to ask me to view the stretch jack options another customer walked in and they totally ignored me and started a conversation with the customer that just walked in behind me. I then stood there clueless wondering if they were going to show me the jackets or not? The other shop assistant the. Proceeded to ask me if I needed anything else. I told her I was so disappointed with the service and that I was looked down on just because I asked for a bigger size. I’ve never been treated like this in any clothing store before and even if I didn’t have my size there I was still going to buy somthing for my kids and husband. Because of the rude way I was addressed I left and I don’t think I will ever by from Kathmandu again.
