After asking a few questions on the Matai flooring that I was after the person i was dealing with decided my questions were too hard and never replied to any emails after this. After finally getting hold of them i was told it was in the too hard basket so he decided to just ignore my emails!!! So the house is designed around their product by now and is too hard to change! Will never deal with them again.
