I have been doing boot camp sessions with KC fit for about two years, and love it! Kirstyn, Fiona and Anni are fantastic trainers who make each session challenging, but fun! No one session is the same, which keeps things interesting. They are always concerned with correct and safe technique, and can come up with a range of alternatives if you are injured (as in my case). I would highly recommend KC Fit!

KC Fit is amazing I cant recommend them highly enough. I've been doing their bootcamps and boxing classes and I really enjoy them. Fun, challenging and a great community of women. It's so reassuring knowing you are being exercised safely protecting your tummies and pelvic floor. Being able to being the kids along too is fantastic.
KC Fit has an amazing group of trainers. They go the extra mile for everyone attending their classes, which are always fun, and never the same. They're fully trained to help new (and old) Mums' exercise safely, and accomodate those with old and new injuries too. They even provide a babysitter at some classes. Highly recommended.
KC FIT is the best! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great trainer and working out with a great bunch of people.
