Friendly Staff, organized & well drilled. I felt confident parking my vehicle in & around the ferry deck. The ferry was well maintained & labelled in terms toilets, exits. Great service for Waiheke / Auckland public.

Great time and the crew make you feel safe both hygienically and through endless masses of life vests in plain sight.
Basic terminal, small indoor waiting area with toilets. Great coffee cart!
If you get time for a coffee, the lovely Frenchman who runs his business from the terminal is an absolute delight, also makes great coffee . The sealink staff all lovely, great service, very friendly
Very slick and efficient service from Sealink. A bit pricey for what you get compared to international norms. No need to turn up the recommended 30 mins before...it would seem most arrive within the closing 15. Added bonus of a pod of dolphins to entertain us before departure. I would use for work but probably too expensive for leisure...there are other beaches and places on the mainland which are as great without the ferry ride price tag.

Good place to arrive on Waiheke but a pity the ferry service doesn't communicate with the Island bus services. The ferry service knew they were quite late (leaving about 25 minutes late) and knew there were a lot of passengers not in cars so there should have been communication to take a bus full of passengers into town as advertised. Still had a fantastic day on the Island.
