If the place is busy it gives an indication of how sorted after that place is. So is the case here. We are regular visitors here and the team here is really courteous and skilled. Recommended place for all ages. Parking here is not an issue. You might have a short waiting time here but its all worth it.

Amazing experience with the lovely pink haired Korean lady! Awesome scalp massage by a very professional hairstylist. She new exactly how to frame my hair to my face and I'm very impressed, thank you!
This place has the worst customer service. I was once here for waxing and that was a bad experience. I took my kids here for piercing. I was told a price when it was done and got to the till was told another price. They argued with me and made no effort to apologies. They definitely do not put the customer first. They more about money and have no concern on how they provide their service. This was definitely the last time I will be here.
Fantastic salon. Attentive to what I was wanting and they did a brilliant service on my hair. I am very happy with the result. Kess fixed my botched up colour so that I can confidently walk out!

I went to get my eye brows threaded here and not only felt that the service was rushed and roughly excecuted, but i also had a bad reaction to the hot wax they used. I've broken out with an severe case of folliculitis following the treatment.. I went there for threading but the person seemed impatient and wanted to clean up my brows mostly through waxing. The service was messy and rough. I am really upset with the outcome and definitely do not recommend this place for brows.
