I went to drive thru order to pick up gimme5 to my surprise they refused to do the order stating they don't have confirmation though the valid voucher was available, so went to glenfield store and they give did the same order without any question. Birkenhead staff was in denial. Poor customer service and awareness.

Good and fast service from the team. Good location but limited parking during peak hours. Like any KFC, drive-through will build up during lunch and diner meal time as well as the weekends. Recommending a try next time you are in the area.
Service was ok but extra seasoning was more like heavily seasoned with a hint of chips..chicken didnt seem the same as other KFC chicken too
Need to work on giving the correct order in full, food is good, staff are often rude

Disgraceful branch of kfc. The Inside is disgusting and the drive though is a consistent punishment. The last time I was there I was handed my meal by someone wearing gloves who left some muck on my hands and now after forgetting our drinks at the drive though, now have gotten home to realise they didn't give us our chips. You need to sack everybody there, professionally clean every inch of the inside and totally restaff before I'd ever think of going back to that tragedy again.
We got terrible service and gross warm food. The young guys working didn't acknowledge us when we drove up to the window after ordering & didn't say a single word to us while having a good ol' conversation & laugh with the other workers—no confirmation of the order, price or anything. He also gave us large combos without asking us to upsize, which we didn't realise until we got home. At least teach the staff some customer service skills and clean the awful kitchen up that you can see from the drive-thru!!!
I will never visit that branch again they stop giving burgers after 10:39pm we drive all the way to them and they dont have food why you open then simply close it. Shame on you. So inconvenience
