Seems to be the most consistent KFC quality wise. Never had a problem with an order here. The one time we did we were given extra chicken in our order for waiting a bit longer for food so made up for that. Generally is a tidy store compared to some I have seen.

Went through the drive through. Long queue. When I finally got our meal it was NOT hot. The only thing that should have been cold were our drinks. The 2 ladies that served us were rude & arrogant. Will NOT be going back. One star is too many. I give them NO STARS. 1st & definitely the last time going there.
We ordered 2 veggie burger combos.. its nice of the staff, they served us large fries and drink because of delay in preparation of our order. However we got onion skin in one of our Burger. Luckily we found it and remove it but please check the burger before eating it. Previously we had experienced some missing toppings in our burger.
I ordered Kentucky bacon stacker ultimate combo at drive through today, around 1.20pm. Suppose to come with 1 piece of chicken and potato gravy. However, was not in the box. Charged me ultimate combo price, but gave me a standard combo. Hope you train your staff properly. Otherwise you are cheating on your customer.
Food is not the issue. (Long review). Lincoln road, Henderson. Ordered inside with family. First time in many years. Trainee staff on this particular day needs to have someone next to them when serving the real public. Advise customers that you are a trainee with badge so public know you are learning and will take extra time to do the order. Not professional when errors are made. Male Supervisor on this day interrupts staff midway service, changes till which made us wait 20mins to do order, had to explain to the female trainee staff member what a quarter pack lunch was when received, order was incorrect by supervisor trying to assist his staff. No apology, pretty bad and looked like he didn't care - just there to do his shift etc. KFC also needs to STOP playing ads when they aren't selling food meals. No trays like before especially when dining in Had gone through drive-through a few weeks prior and was served or lack of service by staff while paying for meal and then driving up to the window seeing meal just left out on the ledge without waiting for customer to get given the meal in hand. Who does that? Knocked on the window told the male staff don't LEAVE food about WITHOUT giving it too the customer. Don't want randoms to steal what we pay for hello!!! Retrain the staff to be honest. When you take peoples orders, repeat the order back and say the cost of the meal - its Yes NOT yip, staff sounds stupid and dumb when taking orders on arrival at the intercom which sometimes they can't hear you!! Please READ these reviews as these are to help your business (or franchised owned). Be proud you work for this brand not as if its a chore!!! The service should match the food you serve!!!
Disappointing \u200d️ do you guys know how to fill chips I’m not paying 4.99 for a half empty packet of chips! Do your job better!
KFC Lincoln Rd. The hot n spicy chicken yesterday was really succulent and delicious! Not overcooked at all, oil well drained- perfect. Only thing, unfortunately, was the chips were soft and cold, not even a little warm. Living close to KFC, I wouldn't have expected that. On the positive side, they weren't crazy salty. Back for more tonight:D
Absolutely disgusting. Mess everywhere and unprofessional service from staff. Slamming food on the counters and not even worried about solving the issue, instead laughing about it.
