When I first sent an email, I got a quick response. I then phoned them. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Promises were made to contact me. No one did. I then phoned again. Someone spoke to me, but had to take an urgent call. Promised to call me back within 10 min. Nothing happened. I then sent an email detailing what had been promised, and also to ask them to let me know if they want me as a client. Next, I get a rude phone call from someone. Not a hello, or an apology, just a straight telling me how busy they are on Fridays and they have other priorities. I told them that I did not wish to be their client if I could not be a priority, but instead I was rudely told that they did not want me as I client, and then the caller hung up. My first experience with a lawyer in NZ, and it was not good.
