I have been seeing Helen for several years for numerous injuries and ailments from living life and working as a Paramedic. She offers traditional physio treatment and acupuncture to help get her client back to their best. Helen and the Team at Kingsland are professional and friendly and provide excellent service. They would be the first physio team I would recommend to friends and family and colleagues.

Sylvie is amazing with sports injuries. Before I'd got back to the car after my appointment she had emailed me with a recap of my visit and followed up the next day with exercises. I felt very cared for, listened to and had a plan to rest and repair. Ask for her if you compete, do endurance sports or to support your training.
Absolutely fantastic, Niamh is amazing. I came in with a lot of pain in my lower back, through stretching, soft tissue work and some dry needling, I've gone from not being able to stand straight up in the morning without a world of pain, back to being able to deadlift my body weight. Not only that but it feels stronger due strengthening exercises I was given. All around fantastic not just for easing pain but getting me back to moving stronger.
The physios are great. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and takes great care in reviewing and treating my condition. Extremely happy with the service. I cannot recommended them more highly.

I was intruduced to Kingsland Physio after a hiking injury on my knee. I’ve had appointments in both branches. The staff are very friendly, organized and professional. The results of physio sessions was unbelievably great. I was hoping for a progress on my knee situation, but never thought of hundred percent fix, which was the result I got after treatment. Highly recommended.
Highly recommended for dry needling. I am competitive powerlifter and personal trainer, and have had a long running injury that I'm stil working on healing - been coming to see Helen for Dry Needling for the past couple of months and it has been very helpful. Had never had needling before and can definitely feel the benefits in movement quality and reduced pain. Also have been pairing this therapy with massage with Saurav who is an expert, helps keep the rest of my body working well so that I can train around my injury. Thanks to all the team over there!
With 2 sleepless nights, chronic back pain , after being told that all possible physio centres are over booked, I finally bagged an appointment here. Waiting for 40 mins was also a big task as the pain is acute and it was terribly comfortable. Still the feeling that I will now be fine as I am being attended to.To my misery I am told after 45 mins when I finally sit in front of the specialist, that my appointment isn’t with him but with their other branch. I am so very disappointed with the healthcare practitioners in Auckland that now I am unsure of even approaching one. It wasn’t a nail appointment it was an appointment with a Physio! Is this how a patient should be treated? I haven’t spelt in days properly and I hate the word sorry!
