They are dodgy. They will take your device fix it and then have something else break in it so you take it back. When asked for receipts to get a second opinion to make sure what they have said is done they refuse! Management dont take complaints nothing. Would never suggest them.

WARNING‼️Please be aware of this company Kiwi Technologies in Papatoetoe who scammed my sister!!!. She took in her IPad Air to get the screen replaced and had to take it back for so many issues that arose from a screen replacement everytime they would add a extra charge my poor sister not knowing anything about technology paid over 290 in total repairs for a IPad Air first gen. It was originally the screen than it was the wifi adapter than it was the LCD than it was the cellular network not working. After 290 worth of repairs Kiwi Technologies deemed the IPad Air unrepairable & Instead told her that they have a upgraded IPad she could swap for her unrepairable one which was a devalued IPad 2 4 generations older than the the IPad Air she took in. I confronted them today returning the IPad 2 asking for the receipts and all repairs taken out on the repair of the IPad so I could take it to a Apple authorised service provider to confirm those 290 of repairs were actually taken out. They refused to provide these receipts they also refused to provide us with the IRD number or NZBN so we are able to file a complaint to the commerce commission. I called the manager endless number of times he answered his customer service who was working today instantly but my number has obviously been blocked I’ve tried calling numerous number of times & have texted no reply from the manager !!!! Rip offs.
